Conflict Coaching

Conflict coaching is a one-to-one service that assists individuals in exploring their personal responses to conflict.  This can be applied in a general sense (i.e. assessing an individual’s conflict style and its impact) or in a very specific circumstance (i.e. assessing helpful responses in a particular context or conflict). 

Particularly useful when experiencing conflict with another party who is unwilling to engage in active dialogue or problem solving, conflict coaching can assist you with identifying your remaining possibilities and helping you think through your “next best” options.

Conflict coaching is often used as a means to building concrete skills and processes around problem solving, working through misunderstandings and disagreements, and improving communication in general.
