Adrian Challis, Founding Partner

Adrian Challis has provided workplace dispute services including interpersonal mediation, group facilitation and management coaching to a wide range of private and public sector organizations throughout Manitoba. In his previous work as a teacher, guidance counsellor and project coordinator, he developed and implemented a variety of dispute resolution models designed to assist students, teachers and parents. David Dyck, Partner

Dave Dyck has been working in the field of conflict resolution for 20 years. Dave developed many of the training courses offered through Resolution Skills Centre's Certificate Program, including the mediation skills trainings. His current focus is on mediating workplace conflicts, personal coaching and designing and leading training courses in the private, public and community-based sectors. David Falk, Partner

David Falk is a seasoned conflict resolution proactitioner, having worked in the field since 1990 in a variety of settings as a mediator, trainer, facilitator, academic and workplace consultant. He has been involved in assessing and intervening in conflict situations and providing consultation to organizations in all sectors across Canada. He has serviced on the faculty at Menno Simons College at the University of Winnipeg and helped to develop its Conflict Resolution Studies program. Sandra Koop Harder, Partner and Business Manager

Sandy Koop Harder has 15 years of experience in mediation, training and program administration. Previous to her involvement at FS, Sandy managed the conflict resolution training programs at Resolution Skills Centre and provided mediation in workplace, family, community and victim/offender contexts at Mediation Services. She also has international experience in the field, most recently working with interface communities in Belfast, Northern Ireland. Louise Pelletier, Partner

Louise Pelletier brings a background in social work and counselling to her work as a mediator. She holds a Masters of Social Work. Louise has worked in the public, private and not-for-profit sectors providing education, administration, communication and social services. In addition, she has practiced more than 15 years in the areas of victim/offender, family, community, youth mediation and group facilitation. Janet P. Schmidt, Founding Partner

Janet Schmidt has worked full time as a mediator for more than 20 years. Born of her mediation practice, she has developed numerous training courses for Resolution Skills Centre and Facilitated Solutions, including an intensive course on facilitating groups in conflict. Jan has extensive international experience in the field, having lived and worked in Africa from 1996-1999. Since returning to Canada, her focus has been exclusively on facilitating workplace disputes. Jan holds a Masters of Education degree with a focus on organizational behaviour and psychology. Eric Stutzman, Partner

Eric Stutzman has been working in the field of mediation and conflict transformation domestically and internationally since 1996. He has served as a mediator, trainer, lead negotiator and manager for several organizations in central and western Canada. Eric has extensive experience and training in labour relations, workplace conflict resolution, restorative justice, negotiations, conflict resolution in schools and international peace work. Ruth Branson, Associate

Ruth Branson brings many years of experience in human resource management in addition to her law and business background to her work as a mediator. Ruth holds a Bachelor of Arts, Bachelor of Laws and a Masters of Business Administration. She is also a Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP). She received her mediation and negotiation training and certification through the Justice Institute of British Colombia. Ruth is currently exclusively focusing on leadership coaching and mediating workplace disputes.
