What you will be asked for:
+ A concise overview of the dynamics, depth and breadth of the situation/conflict from your perspective
+ Your role in relation to the group
+ Any other relevant information that will assist the facilitator to better understand the dynamics of the situation (e.g. gender, cultural issues, etc.)
What information you will receive:
+ A description of the process
+ A breakdown of the FS fee structure
+ A time frame of when you can expect the lead facilitator to contact you
Fees
A quote for Phase I fees can be obtained at the outset of FS’ involvement with your group.
A Phase II (Group Intervention) quote can be obtained once the assessment has been completed and a specific set of process recommendations have been accepted by leadership.
