What you will be asked for:

    + A description of they type of process that you are looking for
    + A concise overview of your group’s context including the dynamics, depth and breadth of the situation from your perspective
    + Your role in relation to the group
    + Any other relevant information that contributes to the dynamics (e.g. gender, cultural issues, etc.)

    What information you will receive:

    + A description of the process as facilitated by FS
    + A breakdown of the FS fee structure
    + A time frame of when you can expect the lead facilitator to contact you
