What you will be asked for:

+ The roles/positions of the parties in conflict
+ Any other relevant information that will help the mediator in understanding the dynamics of the situation (e.g. gender, cultural, structural issues, etc.)
What information you will receive:
+ A description of the process
+ A breakdown of the FS fee structure
+ A time frame of when you can expect the lead mediator to contact you
