Facilitated Solutions specializes in training other mediators and conflict resolution practitioners. Having evolved its own mediation models over years of collaborative practice, FS mediators teach and demonstrate the models that they actively use with great success in the mediation room. The three day interpersonal mediation trainings and the five day group mediation training are all highly participatory with a focus on skill development and process facilitation.
Facilitated Solutions, through its strategic partner Resolution Skills Centre, offers a wide variety of leadership and resolution skills training seminars and workshops. FS also provides training to workplaces as one part of a complete conflict intervention package.
